How to Return:
- Request a Return:
To initiate a return, email us at returns@fujiuji.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you as quickly as possible. - Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage. - Return Shipping:
After confirming your return request, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If that’s the case, we’ll gladly cover the shipping costs. - Return Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your return within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive a notification via email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? We offer an easy exchange process! Here’s how:
- Return the Original Item: Follow the steps to return the item you no longer want.
- Place a New Order: Once your return is processed, simply place a new order for the size, color, or style you prefer. This ensures the new item is available and ships to you as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Final Sale Items (unless defective or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Please email us at returns@fujiuji.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue. Our team will promptly review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund, with shipping costs covered by us.

- Items returns after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
